Terms Of Service

By commissioning me, you declare that you agree with the following terms of service and that you have readed them at least once. MUST BE +18 TO COMMISSION MEFirst of all, please take in count that english is not my native language! Sometimes little misunderstood mistakes can happen due to that, nothing that can´t be fixed! :] I can also speak spanish!Note:I can always upload the comm in my diferent social media as long as you are ok with it, if not, I will only use it for private comms examples, not being able to make it directly public.

Process

★The settled principal idea or involved oc's can't be changed after I start working with the sketch; requesting it could be charged with an extra or getting rejected.★The commission process will start with a sketch, after the sketch revision with the costumer I will proceed and then provide the final piece.★Corrections or changes can only be requested in the sketch revision. After the sketch is accepted, any type of requested change could be charged with a extra depending on the complicity of the change.
(Changes are not the same as asking for alternative versions!)★Spoted errors in the commission can be corrected any time, even after the final piece is sent.★The final piece can be delivered either via Email or by a shared Drive file.★The commissions original files don't include any watter mark.

Reserving a slot

At the moment I am ok with saving commission slots if you reach out to me when they are close. I do not require any prepayment or extra for doing this.
If you want to hold a slot from me just send me a message and I will add you to my waiting list, then when I reopen I will contact you again to inform said reopening. I don´t blacklist if you deny any saved slot, changing your mind is okay!

What about the pricing for a micro? The micro characters are priced the same as a fullbody (15€), all because they come with a close up to show them better! All included in the price.

Recent commission status info

Hey there! since I´m kinda busy with my studies and some big commissions at the moment and during an indeterminate time, I will only be accepting to add new interested people to my waiting list!What can you spect from this?Whenever I have the chance to take another slot I will be warning the listed people in list order privately, giving the chance to take said slot. I won´t be able to open commissions publicly in a while due to my situation and lack of free time; so, if you want a commission from me, reach out to my DM and ask me to be added to the list!
That way you won't wait months until I public release more slots, thanks a lot for the support!

Some extra info that may be of your interest if you are looking after getting a commission from me!★Estimated time for a commission to be done
It usually takes me around 1 month or less to finish a colored comission with 1/2 fullbodies in it, time can vary depend in complicity, number of characters or multiple panels. This is just a estimation! (Note: below I explain why I currently can take more time than usual)★WIP images and time estimation rights
As my client,you can always ask me about an estimated time for your commission to be finished; also having the right to ask me about actualizations of said commission; on the other hand, wip images can be denied under my own decision and criteria.★About myself...
I´currently focusing in ending my studies, that´s why __my slots are limited and may can take me extra time to reply to dms or to finish a commission.★Comunnication expectations
You can expect clear and direct information from me, I do take this little business seriously even if its not my full-time job. I do not desire to play with people time or money so I don't make fake promises or speak in vain.★Acepted refund politics
Refunds aren´t a thing if you plan taking a commission from me sadly, but there are some specific situations when I must give you a full/partial refund.That specific cases occur when I, the artist, break my own TOS, resulting in a non-compliance of agreed and established terms of service that we both had to follow.For example: me charging you more than the prices I establish in my price list; me sending you the finished piece without having sent and consulted a previous sketch; etc.Now, in some occasions, I can agree with customers for me to make and accomplish promises about anything in particular; written promises must be followed by "If we proceed, I do guarantee you (specific promise),if I dont achieve this, you can choose to have a refund since I would have failed my own promises, which is against my TOS".It must be followed by this phrase exactly, otherwise, it wont really be a serious considerated promise and failing it won't make you have acces to said refund.
